All returns must be in its original condition complete with all the packaging, manual, warranty forms and accessories within 30days. We will email you back an RMA number to stick outside the box.
The buyer should bear the freight cost in returning the item; we will be the one to pay the freight in shipping the replacement back to you. Generally, all returns will be replaced or if it was defective, will be repaired.
If we do not have a replacement, then we will issue a merchandise (store) credit for you to shop with, or offer a refund.
For refund its may take between 1- 2 weeks after we receive and process your returns.
